A big name joins the team

Written by Anonymous Cycling Project at 17:38 8/2-2021

Season 56 of the OCM calendar marks a new era for Anonymous Cycling Project. The team has assembled a new squad for cobblestone races, featuring national legend Harold Tshibwabwa as its captain. Harold has won 6 World Tour races for Central African Republic, as well as three races in Top Division (including the YC in Tweedaagse van Antwerpen) representing Team Seidel.

To support Tshibwabwa, established riders Christophe Nyirahabimana and Ulrich Akpa have been signed by the team. Besides, Guinea-Bissauan youngster Paulo Dario is in training at the moment. For now, the remaining spots have to be filled in by the time trialists.

ACP will participate in the first ever African cup, La Coupe de la Soif Éternelle. This 3-day race should fit Tshibwabwa perfectly and we strive for the best possible result.

On another note, the team is honored to know that the newly founded World Tour division D will feature a race in Central African Republic, Bossangoa - Boali Falls (WT), in honor of the performances by the country's national team and Harold Tshibwabwa in particular. Our praise goes to the OCM Authorities for this.

CAR definitely deserved a race for it's amazing performances over the years. It's well earned!

Great to see that you managed to get the legend himself on your team as well.
